this reminds me of the agonizing wait (was a year or more iirc) until the next season after hank had discovered that walt was heisengerg.

I'm so glad I did not watch that show live :lol Having to wait a whole fvcking year after Jesse shoots Gale or Hank finds out would've been torturous.

Same here. By the time the new season rolls around, I can't remember shit about the previous one.
I would almost prefer watching a show where all the seasons were available and just watching it all the way through. That's what I did with shows like 24, The Wire, and Lost. Way better that way.
The last season of The Last Kingdom is out there and I refuse to watch it cause I can't remember what the hell is going on. When I think of that show, I keep getting it confused with the show Vikings. So yeah, either wait till al the seasons are out, or maybe studios should just release multiple seasons at a time, it not the entire series.

The Last Kingdom books are better than the show

Yeah some of these networks and showrunners don't know what they have when they cancel shows like these.
Have you seen the new spinoff of Bosch? It ain't the same.

yeah the spinoff doesn't compare, i don't think his daughter is anywhere close to being capable of being a lead character, she's best as a side character. she is hot tho

Your honor s1 was great. I think everyone can relate to the build and build of stress as we continue to lie to protect a secret only to crumble under the weight in the end. Second season suffered tryiong to tie up all the loose ends neatly. Where I could suspebnd disbelief in season 1 because I could relate to the position Cranston was in... season 2 hit me in the face with over the top tv drama. It was not bad tv it just traveled too far from what season one was. For example I thought the writers turned Charlie's character into Clay Davis for season 2.
City of God I liked better overall because it had the continuity of showing all the people who allowed Kevin Bacon to be a dirtbag. All of the people that turned a blind eye because they did not want to know how the results were achieved or were complicit to the stuff he pulled

City on a Hill Season 1 was incredible. One of my favorite seasons of anything. Up there with True Detective s1 for me.
