From what I can tell Tulsi leans left on most issues. She is Pro-Choice, and wants more gun regulation. And Cheney leans right on most issues. They just both believe that their party has gone too extreme.

No I actually think Elon has flip flopped into leaning right on most issues. He spews right leaning talking points every day. I have seen him call out climate change deniers though. That is probably the only place he still leans left, and if Tesla didn't exist he would probably be calling climate change a hoax.
