What should his ideal weight be?

I don't know how to judge how much weight he could lose.

Je doesn't look particularly fat but he doesn't look particularly fit either so I don't know.

He is currently listed at 7 ft 280 lbs on the league's official site and I think that's what he's always been listed out for years now

He's not injured. And I think half the 'injuries' he has had have been exaggerated to tell you the truth.

His mental just isnt in it right now. Thats what he needs to address. Otherwise the physical stuff doesnt matter.

He'd be healthier if he played straight up instead of throwing his body to the floor all the time fishing for calls racking up that wear and tear. I've never seen a 7+ foot player flop as much as he does. That's usually a little guy thing.

I don’t think losing weight would matter a great deal as far as injuries. Players his height get injured. Anthony Davis is lighter and he’s oft injured. Paul George missed just as much time as Embiid prior to last season (contact year). He was battling injuries when he wasn’t 280 Ijs

I'm not sure. I'm also not sure if being lighter would make him better. He's not a vertical guy; like DeMarcus Cousins, he goes through guys, bumping them off balance and drawing fouls. It would probably improve his defense though.
