Which NBA/ABA players had or have the most and least charisma of all time? What the youngsters now refer to as "rizz." I'm not sure if "aura" is the same thing. I think that's presence which is more than just charisma.
I can state the obvious ones but I'll let y'all post them.

Magic Johnson had the most probably. The least I’m not gonna go with a star…I’m gonna say Derek McKey. Pretty much nobody appeared to get less of a **** though he did play hard. That man once hit a series winning buzzer beater off a lob out of bounds and just gently clapped once and walked out. It was such a nothing moment with no reaction you Don’t even know what I’m talking about.

Going to nominate my guy Kevin McHale for team charisma. His HOF speech is one of the best ever; so much of it is impromptu, off-the-cuff just telling stories. He really had the gift of the gab.

Good call on Kawhi and KD. Those nonchalant, lowkey types are often poor speakers who hide it by not talking much. Moses Malone is another good example. If you can talk like Muhammad Ali you'll let people know about it.

Rodman.
Love the guy or hate him, he had charisma.
Least....hard to top Kawhi.

Rodman definitely has the most amongst defensive players.
Amongst non star players Jason Williams had ridiculous "rizz". Not in terms of talking but playing.

Grant Hill deserves a mention. Injuries aside just a very hard guy to hate.

Oh it's Lebron by far and it's not even close. Bronny is second.
Least charismatic I would say:
Barea
Terry
Iguodala
Kawhi
Boris Diaw
Nazr Muhammed
Mario Hezjona
Delonte West
Skip Bayless
Colby Covington
The chick who yelled things from courtside and was ejected
Daryl Morey
to name a few.

Among all-time greats? LeBron is an obvious answer. Wilt should be mentioned too as does Bill Walton.
McHale is a good mention, he could talk for hours and has good humor.

Bill Russell for sure. He had that deep voice and unshakeable confidence. He used to strut around the court like he owned the place.

Anyone can do that on the court.
It takes a King to do it in the showers :pimp:

LeChina has the least, Followed by Giannis. Two biggest pieces of manufactured shit in NBA history. Allowed to travel and push-off on EVERY SINGLE drive of their career. Literally allowed to cheat. No finesse skills.

Genuinely funny you are completely clueless as to what charisma means.

Isiah Thomas, if not for his hateful ways, can be eloquent. Kobe, Reggie Miller among those not mentioned yet.

I know he is not liked in this board, but in real life Allen Iverson had more fans than most players of his era. Also, if I remember correctly Larry Johnson (after his commercial) and Darius Miles were popular with teammates and fans alike.

Skip is annoying but he absolutely is charismatic. You don't become that popular unless you are.
I have to agree on Kawhi though, most boring superstar of all time.

Duncan low key had a lot of charisma. Just because he didn’t show his colors to the media doesn’t mean he wasn’t charismatic.
