I dont follow Atlanta closely but to me it feels obvious Trae's ideal role is to be a Kyrie or a Dame playing off a centerpiece like Luka or Giannis.
Atlanta doesnt have one of those guys and theyre not gonna get one. Unless maybe a young one if they tank. They do have a nice group of young guys in Richachier, Dyson Daniels, Jalen Johnson. All of them around 21 years old.
For the sake of the basketball watching public, trade Trae to LAL or Orlando or something, and just go to the lottery and look for another piece in this deep draft class to add to the core youre building.
