Do you respect lazy or douchebag more?

One is a normal, nice guy on the surface. But he's so lazy. Still lives with his parents. Play games all day. Doesn't want to work or do anything meaningful with his life or others.

Another is a hard working guy. Provides for his family but very arrogant. Look down on others and get off by belittling them. Won't hesitate to snitch to get ahead in his job.

Which one do you respect more?
