Why are the Wizards bad hear after year?

Who are their current building blocks, on the roster?

There is a big difference between this year and the previous.....decades. They are trying to suck this year because it is a strong draft class. In previous years they were trying to be good but sucked because of abysmal management.

Right now the top two building blocks appear to be Coulibaly and Carrington. I like George too big his shooting has been bad so far. Sarr is a question mark. That's about it lol.

I suppose it is bad drafting, not having good head-coaches, etc. It is incredible how the last time they reached the conference finals was in 1979. Since then, lots of losing seasons and very few good play-off runs.
