only truuu patriots will value this pardon. the basis of the arrest was on illegal grounds and contradictory to our 2nd amendment right. drugs are not a exclusion, the ATF and federal government overstepped their authority in thinking they could arrest someone for having a weapon and illegal drugs. matter of fact, it goes against the very core belief this country was founded on: free men. no government will dicatate what chemicals we consume. they sure as hell don't care about red dye #40, high fructose corn syrup (which leads to diabetes and heart illnesses that kill more people than guns do), and a plethora of other harmful chemicals that the FDA turns a blind eye to.:djparty:hammertime:

Even if you feel the reasons for arrest are of antidemocratic nature I think presidential pardons and executive orders are antidemocratic in themselves. They in a way contradict the seperation of powers.
In the US the president is the head of the executive branch. He in no way should be able to overule the legislative or judiciary branch just by himself. No matter who is in charge.
He will do that on Day 1.
Atleast there could be a new Iced Earth album. Although they were pretty ass ever since Barlow left the first time. Same for the latest D&W album. Schaffer should get his head out of political matters and just make good music about fantasy again.

I’m saying it happens at the state level as well… the whole pardon thing needs to go away because it removes the checks and balances.

It's a blanket pardon, for all crimes committed since 2014. Starting with Hunter's business dealings when Joe Biden was vice President. His appointment to the board of Burisma, money he received from the Chinese Communist Party, a million dollar deal with Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu, transactions with Eleana Baturina, a Russian billionaire. Hunter is protected from future investigations related to those activities. It also stops other stuff from coming out, since he cannot be prosecuted, such as 10% for the big guy, which protects Joe Biden himself. The pardon basically covers a whole range of potential offenses. He cannot face federal charges for any crimes he may have committed over the last almost 11 years.
11 years. It covers both known and unknown offenses. It's basically the greatest pardon of all time. Money laundering? No problem.

thats because butthurt trump will 100% lean on allies to prosecute him. biden is actually playing 3D chess with a blanket pardon. and my point stands, the original reason why he was charged was for a gun charge due to the crack.

Is that true, it's a pardon for anything he's done no matter if he's ever been accused or convicted?
