Knock ‘em out or block it…end result is similar. Less challenges. And the jumping jack shot blockers tend to be foul prone as well anyway.

There is more honor in trying to block them all but blocking some and roughing up the rest might make them even more hesitant.

Love the Alonzo Mourning types but yeah a guy like Shaq that defends the paint like an enforcer while also being able to protect the rim seems more effective.
