His name is Mark Daigneault. I just found out today he's been the head coach for 5 seasons.

He's a genius. I started watching a bunch of OKC when CP3 went to the team. Daigneault has a tendency to be very candid in interviews about X's and O's. You can really see his impact by the way they integrate young players in ways that maximize their strengths and make them as comfortable as possible contributing.
