I got Dallas, since all the minutes Hartenstein sits will be 70%+ paint points galore for the Mavs. OKC may finish 1st in the west, after going on a run when Chet is back, Jaylin Williams is back, and Caruso is fully healthy (hip still not 100%)…. But I got Dallas in this matchup, since OKC will be shockingly small when Hartenstein sits.

Dallas can't defend at an elite level like the Thunder can. The obvious point can be made by pointing at star stat lines but an elite defensive team could still compete even if one of their big guns shot badly. Not saying they are getting swept in the first round but but if everyone is healthy the West comes down to the Thunder as a string favorite being threatened by Phoenix. Warriors and Nuggets could make a deal to enter the upper echelon.
