haliburton has the worst jumper in the league...unless open he is worthless

Been watching a lot of Raptors games since RJ got traded there and I just don't see Barnes as the #1 option as the Raptors are trying to make him be. He's not a #1. He needs to be a complimentary piece to another star. Not a fan of his game, but he's definitely serviceable.
