So I’m getting a haircut yesterday and my barber starts talking about how she’s cutting hair at a second location cause she needs to make more money, and that she’s charging $50 for a cut cause that’s what the place lists their haircuts for. And then she starts bragging about how she still gets tipped like $20 giving her a total of $70 per cut, and here I’m sitting in her chair where she charges $20 and I’ve always tipped her like 5 dollars and she’s never complained. But now I’m wondering if she was giving me hints about trying to get more tip out of me by telling me about her other location. What’s an appropriate tip for a 20 dollar cut?

Honestly, that's just how construction workers look, they just don't do any useless workouts like curls that don't really help functional strength and are mostly just there for looks. Probably harder to adhere to a fasting schedule too, if you have to have a good breakfast before a full day of physical labor and you're probably starving after that, vs a ripped gymgoer who really just goes hard for an hour, hour and a half.
