Stretch marks are super common. Even Chris Bumstead aka Mr. Olympia has them:

Stretch marks in that peck to the front delts is kind of a right of passage for anyone trying to get big in the gym, you just try to use some cocoa butter and hope for the best... or don't and just accept a little bit is whatever. Of course you don't see it in competitions with a half inch of fake tan caked over it.

And yeah, it's super prevalent in darker skinned girls with any kind of thickness to them which is why I prefer girls more on the fair side with the kpop build. But there's really no wrong answer here, just preference.
