I'm a bit amused that no Maverick made it. Doncic has missed alot of games so that's understandable but Irving may be paying the price for controversies of years past. Doesn't bother me a bit of course. There's no one that stands out as being less-deserving. But if he has no vax, anti-semitic movie, etc controversies I think he would have made it. Very weird for the defending conference champ that's still looking like a playoff team with guys that have All-Star numbers to have no All-Stars.

Let's face it. Trae Young did NOT deserve an all star spot. He's a turnover machine, has horrible court IQ, and is an inefficient chucker.

I feel like the allstar game is supposed to be for showcasing "the best player from each team" so really there should be as many allstar spots as there are teams in the league. 15 roster spots per conference. Starters can still play 24 minutes, and each bench player can play 12 minutes. I would rather see a greater variety of players on the floor instead of trying to see if Dame can shoot his way to game MVP.

Not mad about Booker getting snubbed this season since he started the season with a way longer slump than he usually does and the West is stacked with good guards. But people should know by now that he always seems to start seasons kinda inconsistent then typically gets better and more consistent as the season goes on.
