“I think today I just decided to be myself and not really just try to fit into everything that we’re doing here, and just really played in the moment,” Kuzma said. “I think my mom helped me out with that. I saw her today.”
Asked immediately what he meant by playing in the moment and not trying to fit in, Kuzma answered, “I mean just not trying to fit into what we’re trying to do here. Just being more assertive, demanding the ball, not just going out there and trying to let people develop. Just playing my game.”




More aggression to come I suppose.

He had a good game the next one they played but…he’s not having the best year to be talking like that

Maybe he wants to get traded? That would make him especially dumb given that he could have been in Dallas last year but it would explain much. Kuzma's season should be pointed at whenever someone acts like any roleplayer could be a star of he had a bigger role.

Yeah, it's amazing how successful the Lakers have been since Kuzma left.

He's been garbage all season. He was clearly out of shape to start the season and now he is asking for a trade when his stock is at an all time low.

He could haven't gotten traded last season but chose not to. At this point I just want him gone I don't even care what we get back.

I definitely can't predict his reactions but Giannis is more of an inside player and him and Dame don't dominate the ball like Doncic and Irving so Kuzma should have more opportunities there and fit a little better.
