Very interesting team now, what y'all think? I know they could have gotten more in return but
this doesn't look like a team you can count out for sure. AD is a monster y'all let's not forget that.

You trying to be funny? If so I’ll slap the sh*t out of you like Will did Chris when he tried to be funny. Let me know.

I wouldn’t want to face them in a playoff series that’s for sure

Haven’t supported Ben in years. Get a clue. Enjoy the fat American Luka

Whats really interesting is that they still could consider adding JIMMY to the mix if they want to.

Im not sure theyd wanna commit to the extension he wants but it's plausible in theory.

Mavs have a great chance to make another Finals run this year with the trade this year. The season was basically lost once Lively went down but now they could very well get back to the Finals and if it's Boston again I think they have a better chance against them with AD as their #1 option.

I remember like two or three years ago a lot of low iq lakers fans wanted to sell the house for kyrie so they can get that treasured AD/kyrie combo. That was supposed to be the future of the lakers two years ago. Well we get to see it now.

yep for a below 500 team with glass slippers AD

Mavs can be a Finals team if Lively comes back in time for the playoffs, and they can pick up a good 3D SF by trading PJ.

Since they are going all in, I'd pursue Cam Johnson. With his shooting next to Klay and Kyrie, Davis and Gafford should feast in the paint.

Now Kyrie can go Kyrie again.

What could go wrong? :confusedshrug:

They seem less intimidating without Luka

Kyrie isn't a number 1 option, neither is AD & Klay is past his prime

I read on sum shitsite sources say they don’t want Jimmy, but they’re up to something. If they get healthy, they have a lil squad. Lots of champ experience. If they add another good player, I am making a championship cruise thread.

Luka is obv better long term, but I don’t think ky and luka can win a ring.

The only thing I'm not seeing is who is going to play point guard, because Kyrie really isn't the man to feed AD.

Dinwiddie? He also isn't a PnR point guard.

Mavs looks really solid on paper once everyone is healthy.

Lively
Davis
Washington
Thompson
Irving
-
Gafford
Dinwiddie
Christie
Grimes

They have a good, well rounded team.

Kyrie and AD are a helluva combo and theyll be a tough out in the playoffs, could sneak some upsets.

But they dramatically lowered their ceiling and will never sniff another finals again.

They traded away a generational player, the heart and soul of the team and city, for no good reason.

Its utter betrayal and a stab in the heart.
