There is this white washed popular Mexican restaurant in my city that serves mediocre Mexican food. Bunch of white & black people go to it, Latinos stay away because the food is mediocre and not authentic, but they have the best bean dip with chips. Could even order flour chips if you want to go crazy with it. One of the best beans I've had.
