Lebron won't have a choice. I don't see Luka being beta bitch like AD was.

Just more your turn my turn ball like he played with Wade and Kyrie.

But being older he can play fewer minutes to limit the issue.

Some of you haven’t been watching Laker games this season. Lebron has been playing off ball all season. He has by far his lowest usage rate for his career this season. And guess what? He’s been doing great. The real question is how will AUSTIN fit with Luka. Austin has been the PG and primary ball handler this year. While it’s true he is capable of playing off ball as well, it isn’t the most optimal use of his skillset. He’s the player that’s most likely to see decline in statistical production playing with Luka.

If Lebron can be Pippen in the pants then Im SURE he can do it on the court if he chooses.

Curry had dynasty chemistry with Klay, and MJ with Pippen, while Jokic had a dominant champion with Murray, and Duncan with Parker, or Shaq with Kobe... So ask yourself why all these bigs and jumpshooters that score more assisted buckets (higher assisted rates) had all the dynasty fits, while all the high-scoring ball-dominators like Luka and Lebron fail to have the dynasty chemistry with sidekicks like Brunson, Porzingas, Kyrie, Love, Bosh, Wade, or AD... It's clear as day.

Bingo.

Actually I saw an IG clip earlier in the year of someone on a podcast - I dunno if it was Jeff Teague or Lou Williams, someone like that, pointing out that Reaves is actually Luka Light. He has the same playstyle he just doesnt have the same size and strength.

That said, Reaves BECAUSE he is light and has a high motor can function very effectively as a cutter and now hes gonna be getting feeds from Lebron AND Luka.

I still think they might be wise to stagger these guys minutes so that one of them is generally resting while the other two play, as a way of getting defenders on the court, but when the three of them do share the court together the passing levels are going to be insane. I dunno how dangerous theyll ultimately be as contenders but the offensive execution is going to be special.

Usage doesn't measure on-ball or off-ball... Assisted rate does, and Lebron's is 42% this year, which is at the high end for point guards, and he's below 40% for his career, which is a level that only point guards are at.

Lebron showed the all-around game in the Olympics. It might not happen night in and night out in the regular season but in the playoffs I'm sure he'll be comfortable playing that Pippen on super Draymond role if Luka is healthy.

If you're correct, the Lakers will be a dangerous team.

But I just don't see Lebron letting someone else win FMVP over him. He's insecure about his legacy already, and his ego just won't allow it

LeBron will def play the Karl Malone roll/role

LeBron will def playmake and score out of the short roll.

LeBron will def be the 2nd screener in Spain Pick & Roll.

Anyone who is actually, inside their mind, imagining this being a contest between two ball dominant players, doesn’t know sh!t.

LeBron is happy AF, to have Luka dominate the ball.

LeBron is gonna leak out for transition play early and often.

Be the finisher on some electric highlight lob dunks, etc

Idiocy to imagine otherwise.

They’ll likely only do that ONCE some of LeBron’s dietary and lifestyle habits stick to Luka. Even then, they’ll likely keep LeBrob around a bit longer after that, to make sure it really does indeed stick lol

Son not gonna have a choice

Wouldn't suprise me of Lebron sabotaged him to not let it happen. He seems like the kind of petty bitch who would do that.

I agree. It's going to be interesting and exciting because LeBron has never played with a guy like Luka. Wade couldn't shoot, Kyrie couldn't pass, and AD couldn't create his own shot. Doncic can do all of those things.
