Just a thread for lesser deals that most probably wouldn't find noteworthy. Inspired by the first one in noticing.

Celtics traded Jaden Springer to the Rockets along with a second round pick in 2030 with the teams also switching some protected second rounders. Rockets are getting a good defensive bench guard, not sure what kind of offensive game he has although he did hit a big three a few days ago. Celtics are just trying to save some money without blowing up the core.

I'm impressed with what OKC has done. They realized exactly why their playoff run ended when it did last season - no muscle up front - and made sure to rectify the problem for this year's run. (seems like an obvious thing, but teams often don't have the self-awareness they should). First signing Hartenstein, and now grabbing Theis.

Is Davion Mitchell worth anything? He seemed like a throw in to this deadline deal for Tucker. But also could be a natural fit to the Miami culture of getting mid guys to reach their max potential.

He’s solid defender and mainly a cutter/oop threat. Small sample size if he can hit the 3 consistently to be considered reliable.
