DEI would be if they were dumb Indian rocket scientists and were given the job over someone more qualified just to fulfil some diversity quota that the company wants to fulfil or is being coerced into fulfilling. With DEI people are hired based on identity rather than merit, for example, Kamala. How can you not know this?
