After watching Jimmy B get 24 free throws in 2 games, I realized that playing like that is mathematically more efficient than shooting 3s. The average player only makes 36 percent of their 3s. Thats equal to 52 percent from 2s. However the average person can easily shoot over 70 percent from the free throw line.

So this may be the new way to play as 3 pointers start to get a little old. 3 pointers don’t get you the same amount of points as free throws can. That’s not to say you shouldn’t shoot 3s. But when you can penetrate the inside aggressively, it opens up shots for your teammates AND it gets you to the line. Free throws may be the new thing. Now the secret is out. 3 pointers are not a good shot, especially forced ones. You need to play inside out to get the free throws and get BETTER 3 point shots, not more. You do that by playing the inside.

What's a better talent hitting three pointers or getting to the FT line?

Because remember of course three pointers are more valuable than free throws but remember every time a guy gets to the free throw line it means someone on the other team got a foul

Exactly. So FTs are better. Plus, it gives your team a chance to rest as there's more game stoppage, which is much needed for Steph, Dray & Jimmy. Warriors have been terrible at getting to the line for most of the Steph era (I don't think they ever ranked in the top half of the league & they played at a fast pace) so having someone like Jimmy slow the game down and be efficient helps him a great deal IMO.
