"Reasonable minds can always disagree on lists like this, but this is how I would personally rank the top 25 players in the league so far this season. This is not who I believe the actually best 25 players are, or who will be by the end of the season, but who have been the best so far.

(Note: This list was compiled before the news of Victor Wembanyama's season-ending injury. Since it is looking at the season to this point, Wemby remains in the top five.)

Not really terrible overall but Hart on the list is wild. He's a really great complimentary player on a good team..but what? He's not even close to as impactful overall as the guys behind him, and many others after that.

Is that a G league team? I could see him as top 25 in G League. Maybe even top 10.

Without even reading the article, I’m gonna take a wild guess and say the author is a jew from New York, who never played basketball at any significant level, not even a high school starter type MF. But who has all the “fantasy numbers/bean counter/knows the contracts/salaries” fake number-obsessed delusion, and thus, thinks he “knows the game”.

Porzingis got snubbed for sure. Hes the only guy on the Celtics that you can't replace and he just dominates on both ends. If he's truly healthy, league is ****ed.

Was last year. Basically threw the KO punch right at the start of the Finals in Game 1 after being injured for months.

Jimmy Butler not being on this list is another glaring omission but that's media list for you.
