Hes got his team in the top half of the Western Bloodbath. He's dominating on the court and leading his team in so many different ways.

No AD has been no problem. No Luka was no problem. Reaves and Hachimura are having nice years but theyre role players. This has been all about Lebron.

Jokic already has a few MVPs. SGA has plenty more years ahead to win the award.

We all know Bron was da real MVP far more than four times in his career. Lets do this thing justice by giving the greatest player of all time his fifth.

#Lebron4MVP

Luka comes in, turns the team around and LeBron's supposed to get the MVP?

They named the award after the wrong person.

Giving it to Jordan just for nostalgic purposes and to give the old heads a bone to eat.

This! Lebron lost in round 1 last year and swept, Luka was in the finals as the man.

this.

should have 8 MVPs and 8 FMVPs, if it weren't for KD being a bitch.

And this is exactly why Bronie fluffers get ridiculed.

Not a serious thread but fwiw LeBron is currently 6th in the Kia MVP ladder which is certainly noteworthy for a 40 yr old.

A washed up almost retired LeBron is still better than 99% of the league in the highest skilled talented era we have had

That goes to show why he's easily the GOAT it's honestly not even close in my eyes anymore I don't even like LeBron like that but I can honestly admit he's one of the if not the greatest athlete ever in sports

he should be in discussion, but the media won't allow/want it

It's not a god damned participation trophy. You really want him to get another MVP out of pity? FFS there's like 20 players with a better case than him this season. If he ever got one from this point forward in his career all it would serve to do is make the award a complete farce.

You literally stanned Lebron for like 5 years.

What happened since then?

He jumped ships multiple times. IIRC, he was called out about his alts and everything and went on a tirade.

He missed his 5th MVP several years ago. At least one of those years in Cleveland at the end he could've won, and maybe the year he averaged 10+ assists with the Lakers. His MVP ship has sailed.

Yeah, I think 2020-21 was his last realistic chance. He had a strong case that season before his freak-accident ankle sprain, then a combination of injuries and declining (however gradually) have done him in since.

Who would've thought he won his last MVP back in 2013? At the time it felt like a foregone conclusion he'd break Kareem's MVP record, yet he most likely won't even end up tying Russell and Jordan for second most.

2013 is the last time he went 100% every second of the regular season. He could have won more but he's generally conserved himself for the playoffs and it's paid off.
