Looks like she had some sort of liver complications, which might just be a nice way of saying drug or alcohol poisoning. But if it really was natural causes then maybe she simply had a faulty liver.

Sad stuff, way too young.

She was pretty hot on Buffy. Didn't age very well though.

Normal people let alone NYC Celebrity Multi Millionaires do not die of natural causes in their 30's.

She had a liver transplant and then died from complications from that.

We don't know why her birth liver went bad. Maybe drugs and alcohol. But also not everyone is born with organs that last forever. Seemingly healthy people are fully capable of dying young.

Of course they are - just not naturally is my point.

You gotta really be drifting in a bad direction (even if incidentally) to have organ failures or cancers, or other life threatening issues from within in your 30's. I'm just saying, for someone especially with her resources at her fingertips IMO, that's not natural. I personally would be inclined to lean more towards medical malpractice, or personal habit issues - regardless what these news reports say. The very fact that they drew such a precise conclusion so soon is suspicious. A 39 year old dies and someone's going to publish it as "fact" that it was natural? Really? No way. That's basically a hard stop on investigating and any time a 39 year old dies there had better be a deep investigation and anyone trying to put a hard stop on it for any reason smells very suspicious.

The word "natural" can be subjective. We already know it was surgery complications and that in itself isn't really "natural".

But it is possible that whatever required the surgery was 100% natural. Chadwick Boseman died at 43 from colon cancer. And that cancer type is now growing in young people. It's very possible she was perfectly healthy and then just had liver cancer or some type of liver disease. It's also possible she caused her own liver to go bad.

I agree, and the rising cancers and general poor health of Americans / similar western countries to me is proof something very unnatural is going on with our daily diets or environment and / or healthcare practices.

Look at any one thing you eat in a given day. Bread for example, supposed to be wheat, flour, and yeast. Try 12-25 other ingredients all meant to preserve it on a shelf longer and "texturize" it. We don't eat food anymore unless you go way out of our way to buy very expensive organic or natural made things. They also medicate the crap out of everyone or perform surgeries as the answer if you try to go the healthcare route to address your declining health. So yeah, I suppose you could argue her organs giving out are "natural" in the sense that they just seemingly up and failed her and from a litigation standpoint, nobody is at fault.

Super sus to be 39 and just have organs give out on you though, in my opinion. Ending the investigation early with "it was natural" won't help anyone else from having a similar outcome.

All reports say she had major booze issues.
Casualty of child stardom as much as anything.
