Especially for Highwhey..

Sure it's okay to indulge in junk food once in a while. But remember, food can either be medicine or poison.. When the scale tips over 300, that means that you're likely over indulging.

Highwhey.. 3 less bites for you is an extra 150 calories per meal. Which results in 500 calories per 3 meals. I'm asking you to please put down the fork a little more often, so that you'll still be around here to get roasted. We're worried about you. Remember food can be either medicine or poison. Use it medicinally.

I like highwhey, but It's great to see Walk on Water on the offensive.

Though I feel Walk on Water could step it up a little more. Talk about highwhey's Osler's Nodes infected **** foot. Expand on the Reddit poster, a non ISH member who told highwhey that he needs to scrub his foot.

And you know what, though I don't use the term, I would love to see Walk on Water start referring to highwhey as highweight. I don't know. Say something like, "Yo, bro, highweight? What's wrong with your foot? It looks so fat."

That would be amazing to see, Walk on Water's evolution in standing up a little more for himself.

Is this legit or did someone make it up?

Just in case that's a legit post I'll actually offer my 2 cents on this. That's not simply an issue of excess calories but rather chronic consumption of bad calories very specifically way too much ultra processed carbs and sugars, probably all the wrong oils (like seed oils) as well.

Anyone with those issues has bad digestive health and believe it or not it's highly connected to things like psoriasis AND issues with feet, anything from bunyons to dry skin and nail infections. With feet like that there are probably other symptoms that are subtle but all over, including probably a few very clear signs of high insulin or insulin resistance.

Western medicine like going to your doctor or urgent care almost certainly will not get you back on track and in my prior experiences they may even steer you wrong and give you anti biotics which will mess up your gut health even more.

Again whether this is legit or not, anyone in this situation I'd suggest really trying to avoid ultra processed foods. Ultra processed foods are foods that in no way resemble something natural, such as a loaf of wonder bread. The texture and shelf life is nowhere near natural, and it has like 20 ingredients as opposed to just 3 (bread, flour, yeast). Things in the store that come in plastic containers and bags are almost always not real food and have additives and preservatives or have pesticides and herbicides contaminating them. Stick with certified organic, and stick with things that actually resemble food an ancient person from medieval times or whatever might recognize as actual food. Believe me, that stuff is way better for your overall health. And your gut health is probably so far out of whack at this point you'll probably require the consumption of extremely good quality probiotics and yogurts. You probably have bad bacterial overgrowth and bad yeasts out competing what should have been a healthy gut microbiome. Those bad microbes take over because they like when you take anti-biotics (nukes everything, including the good stuff) and they love ultra processed foods. Thus the psoriasis. Also learn about oils and how much of it is in store packaged or restaurant food. Stick to buying your own groceries and only use things like grass fed butter and organic olive oils. Avoid anything vegetable or seed based - it's absolute garbage and shouldn't be consumed by humans but 90 percent of food you probably eat uses only that type of oil because it's cheap. Oh, and you'll feel worse before you feel better if you did all these things. It's not a sign it's not working, it's a sign it is working. You'll get massive die-off symptoms from all the bad microbes that have called you home for so long before the good stuff takes over again.

Quality is more important than quantity here. I actually think your appetite would naturally go way tf down if you simply ate nutritious foods and had healthy gut bacteria that allowed you to absorb said nutrients. If you are overweight like everyone keeps saying you're probably always hungry because you have poor absorption of already poor quality food.

You're welcome. Even if it's a joke post this is still useful info, to someone out there.

This. Only go on the outside ring of most grocery markets. Everything in the middle kills you.

Just remember that’a great you want to walk an hour but that’s only 300 calories. Plus 1/3 of those calories burned are just your basic metabolic rate. Now Highway is over 350 pounds so his metabolic rate is actually much greater. He burns a lot through just breathing, but unfortunately he needs to put the fork down more.

:lebronamazed:Walk on Water on the offensive. This was unexpected. But I really do suggest for you to use the term highweight. Lowercase.

And again, Walk on Water always gives you something to talk about. I never considered that 1/3 of the calories burned while walking is part of your basic metabolic rate. I never even considered that the bigger you are, the more calories you burn just by being, or breathing. It's all very logical, but one never thinks about stuff like that.

Highwhey you are disgusting. I don’t want to see your toes. You disgust me. You need to lose weight

The more you do it, the better you'll get. This could have been a poem. Something like,

highweight you are disgusting, I don't want to see your toes.
You disgust me. Every time you eat, your stretch mark grows.

Something like that. Toes rhymes with grows.
