I think we need to expand to four conferences of eight

West - Lakers, Clippers, Trailblazers, Suns, Kings, Warriors, Vegas, Seattle
South - Houston, San Antonio, Memphis, Dallas, New Orleans, OKC, Denver, Utah
North - Minnesota, Milwaukee, Detroit, Chicago, Toronto, Cleveland, Boston, Indiana
East - Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington, Philadelphia, Orlando, New York, Brooklyn

And if the league goes international they change the playoff seedings like they do the NCAA
