KAT is so overrated bruh. I understand why the TWolves shipped him out. Yeah they didn't get good value back because Randle ain't it. But I miss Divo everyday, especially with Bridges afraid to shoot the ball. Dude shot 6 times in 40 mins.

KAT had a bad game but he's been great for the Knicks this season. He has superstar production metric wise even though he is a little soft... that's not something you just throw away.

Also, going ham on flopping gives the NBA a universally understandable cultural differentiator from itself and soccer culture.

With soccer making small gains in the USA market, and basketball making even bigger gains internationally, if the pindick NBA league office wants to scheme and obsess over something to boost ratings long term internationally, I’d suggest harsh elimination of dishonest plays like flopping, and coordinated media displays of that contrast in competitive honesty, with soccer.

Flopping is the on court equivalent of FALSE SEXUAL ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS.

Needs to be fined much more heavily, and with longer unpaid suspensions.
So a truly egregious flop costs hundreds of thousands each offense.

Lakers Pelicans was a really great entertaining game, high scoring, good looking game.

Knicks Lakers was an ugly 90’s style high contact mud wrestling bout.

I’m all for eliminating flopping and unnatural rip thrus, and stopping unnaturally to force a defender to run into the ball handler from behind. But we don’t have to let guys hack each others forearms all night long, to give fans the appeal of high contact 90’s and 00’s basketball.
