Do any of you out there think that these guys have any level of introspection after the fact?
"Hey, maybe if I hadn't contorted my body and flailed around like I just got shot, I wouldn't have rolled my ankle."
Is that a thought that ever occurs?
Reaves has his arms straight up in the air and is backpedaling and Brunson acts like he got raked across the face and or arms, twists his body in weird ways and ends up twisting his ankle because of it. Well played.
Also, the perspective from this camera angle makes it seem like LeBron is still playing with his head at the rim.

To be clear, Reaves did foul him a bit with the body but nothing like the way that Brunson reacted to the contact.

That looked like a pretty bad sprain. I would guess at least a couple weeks.

The possession prior, he flailed his shooting hand directly into Jackson Hayes face, and they called a foul on Jaxson Hayes.
Bball Karma ? You be the judge.

A lot of sprains, the player doesn’t have all their weight on it, the whole way thru. They reflexively take the weight off that leg early in the over-extension. This one looked heavy and deep the entire way thru. Knicks gonna drop quite a way downed in the seeding this next month and change.

Stan ?
GTFOH.
Dude one of the few actually captivating/exciting young players in today’s league of boring basketball robots.
And who on this site (or any other for that matter) was more scathingly critical, earlier, about dude’s abysmal/childish dietary-habits and excessive alcohol-consumption ? As well as his frequent total loafing in perimeter defense.
You’re reading thru your emotions like a b!tch, instead of reading the content.

Brunson rolled his ankle when he landed on AR15's foot. I'd have gone down like that as would anyone else that comes down on another's foot. Dude is a helluva of player.

Well, the x-rays were negative at least. He's ruled out tonight obviously.

I rolled my ankle like that in January 2024. It still give me stabbing pain every once in a while. Tendon pulled off the bone.
