I'm not a fan of Shapiro, but I do agree that Derek Chauvin should be pardon, I just don't think it should be Trump. The vast majority of people are not going to understand why he should be pardoned, they'll just react to it emotionally. The democrats would absolutely love for Trump to pardon him, just for the chaos, destabilization that it would create, which they then can leverage for Trump hate and votes.
