Well, it could've been worded a hell of a lot better than making it sound as if it's a burden to root for a player on his team to succeed.

3rd or 4th place doesn't even matter. You still have HCA and will have to play Indiana or Detroit which is a toss up preference wise there's really no difference.

If I was the Knicks all I'd care about is getting Brunson healthy and maybe avoiding Bucks 1st round. Which if Bucks pass them is a given.
