I am honestly shocked Moses is that high. I dont really think of him as a big time scorer (not that I was watching ball yet when he played but just my hindsight impression) plus I assume he played three years in college like guys in his era and played a shorter career at the end like guys in his era.
I honestly thought he was more like a Rodman type with a few more points from low post muscle-ups and putbacks and such. Or a Drummond with a bit more touch etc. Top 12 in scoring is crazy. Dude gotta be super underrated tbh.

I think an even crazier fact is Moses played for 9 different teams, I would have never thought that :lol That's even more than Vince Carter played for.

10 different teams you troll
Stars, Spirits, Braves, Rockets, 76ers, Bullets, Hawks, Bucks, 76ers, Spurs
Also somehow this man was drafted by 4 different teams (Stars, Bulls, Jazz, and Trailblazers)

Your asnwer just sums up wha I think about Moses: that he is very underrated. He won three Regular Season MVPs, a ring and a FMVP and was for a long time in the top 10-all time in the scoring and rebounding categories. Yet the average fan doesn't have a clue about his career. He bypassed college to go to the ABA (the NCAA juggernauts were pulling all type of stunts to get him, especially the Maryland Terrapins), teams thought he was too raw and he became a journeyman until he settled in Houston, became MVP and then went to the Sixers to be the final piece in Dr. J's team. Afterwards, team after team again.
And he was a Rodman type on defense, but on offense a 20 ppg scorer, he put back the rebounds unlike Rodman lol

I think he had an exorbitant amount of coaches during his career as well. He also was in the same situation that Luka was in when new managers came in with Houston and decided to basically blow up the team and dump Moses to Philly. Philly then decided well we already have Charles we don't need another rebounded so he got sent to trash Washington. Finally he becomes a free agent and goes to play with Dominique he makes an All-Star team and then they move him to the bench so he leaves for the Bucks where he starts for one season gets injured for the first time in his career so the Bucks dump him to Philly who use him with Bradley that doesn't work so the Spurs pick him up.

Yet more proof that cumulative longevity stats don't mean anything as far as ranking goes.
But everyone with a functioning brain already knew that.

Because Moses Malone is actually obviously a better scorer than Harden?

Most of us here have the same question about 99% of your posts. Your opinions are definitely a joke though, no arguments there.

not saying much ... Harden has the ball 90 % of all possessions ... while Mose was a clean up artist.

Him and Robert Parish were the first guys to play over 20 seasons.
3x MVP, avg 30+ in a Season. Don't disrespect him with a Rodman comparison.

I think you need to consider medication just to be clear here your upset that I count different tenures with two teams seven years apart.
That's crazy to you
Over a 10 year period from 1978-79 to 1987-88 Moses Malone averaged 25.0 ppg 13.8 rpg. Looking a scoring alone, that is a better 10 year stretch than Hakeem, Ewing, and Robinson. He was top five in scoring avg. for five consecutive seasons from '79- '83 along with leading the league in rebounding six seasons.

I saw an interview with Moses Malone shortly after he retired and he talked about how he put in 20 years of hard labor in the NBA

That can be a little deceiving though, he was one of the less efficient scoring big men in the league, from 1984 until he retired, he didn't have a single season where he averaged 50 fg%, which is odd to see for a center. To add, the fact that he wasn't a dominant defensive center is one of the reasons why he bounced from team to team in his 30's.
