I'll try to summarize this one quickly: A MASSIVE CONSPIRACY is uncovered... They discover that there is an Octopus and everything is connected...

But you have no idea what the conspiracy is, what the motive is, nor are you left to theorize what is exactly is being covered up.

Idk what to say about this one... It's like you have proof of a conspiracy, but a conspiracy for what purpose?
