No I don’t think it can be done with the players listed. Especially if you’re talking about winning a series against the Celtics. If you throw Russ and Pau on the team I could see the 3rd seed.

Penny and Gasol have a chance but the coach would have to change the way Ball approaches the game. Penny and Ball are potentially highly redundant but if you get Ball acting a little more like a normal scoring wing and it could work. Penny and Gasol could be the basis of both great offense as well as great defense. I certainly don't feel sure they're better than the Celtics but that's who I would go with.

Hard to imagine. The one who leads has to be a true first option who can be consistent through the way. But i think pau can adjust with making more threes, like what his younger brother did before.
