So the 1st option must have a skillset that is highly-assisted by teammates, since that puts the ball in Pippen and Dray's hands and allows them to develop.. These highly-assisted skillsets are bigman skillsets and jumpshooters like Duncan, Curry and MJ, who developed several guys into Pippen/Klay/Parker-caliber.

Meanwhile, skillsets that aren't assisted by teammates and score mostly unassisted (ball-dominators) turn everyone into spot-up shooter, which is why Luka and Lebron never developed anyone and prevent elite roster construction.
