The Nets need to do a full rebuild. They have 4 1st round draft picks this summer. Unfortunately three of them are all from playoff teams (MIL, HOU and NY).

Cavs did it with Mobley, Garland and Sexton and turned Sexton/Markannan into Donovan Mitchell and brought in Jarret Allen.

Pistons did it with Cade, Duren and Thompson and brought in Harris and Beasley.

Houston did it with Sengun, Thompson, etc...
