I thought it was understood that playing KAT at center means the team will be too soft?
I thought the idea was you combine Robinson's interior hustle with Towns' outside shooting, the way the Wolves did when they made the conference finals last year in the West with KAT playing alongside a player of similar caliber to Robinson?
I mean I honestly thought that was the whole point of the trade. I just assumed Towns at the 5 was only a thing til Robinson got back. I dont have the exact minutes breakdown but it doesnt seem like theyre playing a ton of minutes together. I know theyre playing a few, but Robinson doesnt start and theyre not on the floor together very long.
Am I missing something? Are they trying to be the Celtics with the five out? I dont think thats the way to go for them. They're not the Celtics. They should play bigger, especially against Detroit.
