All I heard all year is Lakers in 5. 5 what? What does that mean? Do you think you're going to win the Finals in 5 games? Even if you get past the Wolves, do you think that you're going to make it all the way and get past OKC and Boston or whoever?
I hear so many excuses. First it's that Doncic was sick. Fine. Then I hear that it's the refs or the games are really close. Really close? When Doncic came to the Lakers all I heard was Lakers are going to wreck the league for the next 4 to 5 years and Lebron was going to pass Jordan in rings, etc..
All I heard was cockiness and delusion. I hope that Laker fans wake up and realize that it ain't always that easy. Just because Lebron gets Luca to play with him does not automatically mean a championship. Just like Barkley said.. Lakers play good for 2 weeks, OKC and Cavs have played great for 6 months. So why you barking and putting everyone else down?
This is why people get tired of Lebron and his fans. They don't live in reality. This is not to say that Lebron is not a great athlete. But there is a difference between appreciating someone for who he is versus being in a cult and believing in delusional things. When the Celtics beat the Lakers this year on ABC, many Lakers fans said that it's only because Boston tried harder. Only because they tried harder? Do you understand that in the real world, half these things you make up sound delusional? The excuses are horrific and they never end.
Become more humble. Become better people. Live in reality.
