The end of every game now the officials are spending more time looking at the monitors than players are playing the game.
They need to put a 45 second clock on these reviews and have the ref make the best decision he can with the info available. Whatever seems right when the review clock's up, just go with it. In most cases that should be enough to get it right. The occasional imperfect call is a price I can live with for there not being 15 minutes of review time for every five minutes of game time.
