100%. He just eliminated the best team in the league (Clippers). Best in the world.

OKC has the best defense in 50 years? No problem for Nikola :lol

First loss of the postseason for ATG OKC.

He's an unstoppable anime character.

Jokic was upset that the Thunder had eight days of rest and they only had one. He wanted quality time with his Serbian horses.

Nuggets will sweep so Joker can see his horses.

It took him a while to adjust to crazy Caruso’s off-ball defense. He shot so much because he didn’t trust his passing against all the athleticism and length.

I’m really curious how his playmaking will look next game.

It was both a monster game and an off night for Jokic.

He had a phenomenal fourth quarter, completely dominating once Chet got his fifth foul.

But he also was a turnover machine in the first three quarters. And he’s committing pointless fouls, like the one where he demanded the replay. On top of that, again for the first three quarters, his foul shooting was sub-par. He can, and probably will, do better in this series. Even if this is his high water point total.

Jokic is a step above everyone else in the league, peaking insanely high.

Yeah Jokic is great but i really like this Nuggets team, they can look like the worse team all game but turn it up in clutch on both sides of the floor. Their chemistry allows them to have an incredibly reliable offense in tight situations even against great defenses. Ofc Jokic is the Mastermind so kudos to him.

That's what happens when you are a GOAT. Lebron had the same thing all the time - "off-nights" were still big games compared to everyone else.

2007 Finals, 2008 ECSF, 2010 ECSF, 2011 Finals etc. kind of say otherwise.

Jokic has never bombed out of the playoffs in his career. Him and maybe MJ are the only players who can say that.

I'd say Jokic losing last year in the fashion the Nuggets did was something that borders bombing out of the playoffs. If LeBron did that in his peak years it would be considered as such

Obv, if LeBron ever blew a 20 point lead at home in a Game 7 he'd get obliterated for it, but you can't use LeBron as a rational example, people give him shit when he averaged nearly 40 against Orlando, so no player is going to hold up to that level of scrutiny.

I actually agree with tpols, Jokic's been in the playoffs 7 years in a row now and hasn't had a bad or even subpar series to his name yet, he's been great in virtually all of them.

If 29/11/8 on 50+% shooting in a close 7 game series vs an equal opponent is bombing out then Yolk is the GOAT for sure.

I've been saying since 2022 that Jokic is a GOAT-level player. Too many dumb people blinded by ring counting.

It's the variance in the play of Westbrook, Murray, and MPJ. Can't think of another team with 3 key pieces all being so hot and cold.

Jokic looks really lean for his standards at the moment. Has anyone else noticed this? He's playing the best defense of his career right now, IMO. He currently has a 2.7 STL% and 2.3 BLK%. 2.1 steals/g and 1.0 blocks/g. Holding opponents to 54.2% DFG (-10.3) within 6 feet on 9.0 DFGA/g. -8.4 within 10 feet on 11.8 DFGA/g.

A small sample size, but it supports what I'm seeing on the court.
