Ant was laughing in the presser after Game 1, so he still has some maturity issues and might not be quite ready this year like I thought he was.

Caring and competitiveness can't be taught.. America in general is much less intelligent than prior eras... This is well-documented.

It's nice that the nursing home lets you post.

The fact of the manner is that many players today don't have respect or drive for the game that players from over twenty years ago did. Many players get that money, and they simply don't care as much and lose that hunger. and love for the game. They pick and choose when to be competitive. They choose when to turn it on when if you had respect for the game you'd always have that competitive drive on. And that's going to become more and more prevalent as we progress in the NBA with the way players are catered to now. The league is softer than ever. The players are softer than ever. The game isn't respected by the majority of players like it used to be.

Because of how they come up. Someone tapped them on the shoulder at a young age and told them they had "it". In decades past guys had to make it a lot further in their development before they'd get noticed. It changes how you view and treat the game.
