Hard to miss "over 4" (out of range) on a PSA BLOOD test. My hubby went through the prostate stuff/ablation the whole of 2021. He is tested every year by urologist and primary care. This year the PSA is back over 4 and another biopsy was done - thankfully all clear. It is extremely common for men - second only to skin cancer, I think. They knew about it (or are extremely NEGLIGENT) a long time ago.
