What’s more, he didn’t just use the threat of cutting off foreign aid, but threatened to abandon them completely.

The Arabs surrounding them would gladly eat a few nukes on their cities to get rid of Pissrael, within 6 months of big daddy USA abandoning them. Serves them right for immediately vengeful trying to sabotage all the progress Trump made with OPEC nations (who we cannot afford to have cozy up to China right now) last week.

I sincerely hope Pissrael doubles down arrogantly like they always do, and commits collective suicide by hubris. Fitting end.

i dunno... he's been playing pretty loose this second term. don't be so quick to write him off.

he has no incentive for relection so what we're seeing right now is genuine donald trump. the same one you saw on letterman or leno decades ago railing about trade among other things.

it's probably why he waited to do this whole tariff business now instead of 16-20. he probably knew it may had made or broke his first term and spoiled his reelection chances due to public backlash and media scrutiny.

but we'll see, right? it'll be interesting at the very least.

i see what you're saying, but loose is putting it nicely. he's being reckless and treating the geo-political landscape like his social media conflicts. his chauvinistic attitude is too narrow to see that a trade imbalance works in our favor due to our capitalistic nature. what he seeks will not be achieved but his followers will claim it is bc they too are past the point of having any semblance of intelligence. whatevs though, kamala's cackling was too much for this country so they went with the manchild.

You're joking right? :confusedshrug:

Trump isn't GWB bad, but he's getting close, nowhere to go but up and making Israel not behave like a genocidal maniac would be a huge feather in his cap and avoid GWB levels of trash but to argue it puts him in top tier modern US presidents is crazy talk.

it's too early to judge and this is coming from a guy that's pessimistic about everything. we're merely four months in.

like i said to rrr3, set proper expectations. trump isn't bernie sanders so i dunno what you guys are expecting.
