Ukraine knows what Russia is, but I am sure most of them would sooner die than allow Russia to just come in a rape and pillage their country. Huge W, punched the bully in the nose.


The most interesting facet of this is how Trump will play it, who has worked out an agreement with Ukraine to secure peace, and has agreed to help rebuild Ukraine's economy.

If Russia comes back with something bigger? It will probably be them who is poking the giant.

putin isn't stupid. he doesn't operate or respond with emotions. he's focused on his objectives and recognizes the consequences of escalating with nukes. he'll continue doing what he's doing until he's reached his goals.

trump needs to get out of this war, now. he says it isn't his, says he doesn't want it but continues to fund it both financially and militarily. it's his war now because he refuses to withdraw from it. i've said before that trump has good instincts on these things. he needs to listen to those instincts and stop allowing himself to be convinced by our FP establishment that we're far too invested to pull out.

putin is going to end this war on his terms. there's no reason for him to come to the table and make concessions unless and until the us pulls completely out of ukraine, stops funding it's corrupt regime, removes zelensky from power and ensures ukraine remains permanently neutral of joining nato. the only thing keeping this going is US. we're the warmongers, as per usual.

yeah well that's ultimately for trump to decide. above all he says he wants peace and to end the feeding of countless lives on both sides, but especially ukrainian into the meat grinder. hopefully he comes to his senses soon. this war's inevitable outcome was clear a long time ago.
