Lance ended up getting smoked, but in the beginning he was playing like it was Game 7 of the Finals or some shit shoving people in the crowd.

Waiting for the full game. Lance was outclassed from what I've seen. Beasley a certified bucket

Had the full game in my 2nd vid I posted, but it looks like they took it down. Both took the game very seriously. :oldlol:

I mean with Beasley taking care of LeBron easily, I don't think Lance would be able to take him.
Seems like Beasley is a good 1v1 player.

Very seriously, but very different approaches. Beasley was super quiet and talking to the refs alot. Lance was just being Lance being super aggressive and pushing people in the crowd.

Beasley will always be one of those players who were victims of their situation they were in. He got drafted to the Heat and he loved it there. He thought he was going to be a staple of the organization for a long time. Then LeBron makes The Decision and the Heat trade him to Minnesota to free up cap space so the Heat could have their Big 3. He hated Minnesota, had a great first year there (his third year in the league), then prior to his four season which was the lockout season he got busted with weed and speeding, got into a fight at a street ball event, and he just didn't put basketball first. Because he did so poorly that second year Minnesota didn't want to resign him and he had to settle for $18 million over three years in Phoenix and just never really recovered.
After the Heat trade it was like he didn't care anymore.
I always felt his peak was something like 20-24 PPG / 7 RPG / 2 APG and had the ability to stretch the floor.

At one point it was 27-13 Beasley from what I could see. Lance made a little run, but it didn't matter. Lance settled on jumpers too much and Beasley took his time and would drive and use his strength of finishing around the rim to his advantage.

People? That’s Moon. Not a random by far. He had no business on the court getting in Lance face.

Better basketball entertainment than the current NBA Finals. Beasley is actually gangster as hell. :lol I feel like he got dog housed by the league. Hes better than a ton of scrubs that made more money than him and now hes out here fighting for peanuts.
He somehow out crazies Lance Stephenson. Which is impressive.

I remember there were a couple years after his last game where Beas def still could have played.. teams could have used him.
Same for Dion Waiters.
2 bucket getters that kind of didnt get a shot anymore even though they were quality.
I guess this kind of game in general is a bit passed by in todays NBA.
If you have an individual approach you need to be elite of the elite. Otherwise the efficiency and flow might not match up.
But on a team like the Hornets or something? Cmon now. Easy. Or off the bench on a good team.

Not just better than scrubs. Better than the majority of the league, talent-wise. Beasley was great.
.
It’s more than talent. It’s personality. If a team/coach feels they can’t control your march to the beat of your own drum approach? Then the question is are you really that good that we want to tolerate this over the course of a season and/or playoffs? Teams don’t. He’s in the element he excels in where he is in control.

Becuase it’s context behind the push. You made it seem like he’s just “pushing people” with no rhyme or reason acting crazy. I enlightened you and your reply is a soft and triggered one. Go get a hug preferably from a woman.

I think it's obvious to everyone on this board that it is you who needs a hug. :lol

Speak for yourself not other dudes. Don’t need to running around here posting false narratives. You know like how I said the nfl was racist for not drafting Sanders early.

Some guys just don't have the mental bandwidth for five-on-five. Beasley is in his element here, for sure. No complicated reads to process; simple decision-making.

His Synergy Sports Tracking ISO numbers are pretty good.
2014-2019 RS
- 462 total possessions
- 0.96 points per possession (79th percentile)
- 1.8 possessions per game (79th percentile)
2014-2019 PS
- 15 total possessions
- 1.16 points per possession
- 1.2 possessions per game
Just wasn't a good enough shooter and/or foul drawer to succeed playing how he wanted to play. Carmelo and KD were similar archetypes who were better shooters & foul drawers.
