Carmelo Anthony only won 3 playoffs series in his NBA career. Dwight should have been in top 75.

Yeah, if you were watching back then you would remember that Melo was pretty much on a '2nd round virgin' track until 2009. Chauncey Billips added alot to that team as far as leadership/floor general play went. Melo had the end of Iversons prime in 07 and 08 and couldn't get out of the first round, which tells you it takes more than names and 'ppgz' to max out a teams potential.

Sheesh. The Melo defenders aren't going to like this one.
As overrated as you can get. George Karl was right.

Carmelo Anthony was the 2nd best player in the world for a brief period when he peaked in the i believe 09 playoffs. Being the 2nd best player in the world (even if it was for a fleeting moment) is more impressive than 4 playoff series wins in a career.

He finished top 3 in mvp voting in 2013. And they beat the Celtics without Rondo in the first round

Oscar Robertson won 2 before he played with Kareem. Pistol Pete won 0 as a starter. Nique won 3. Bob Lanier won 2 before he was 35 and the Bucks 4th option despite playing with Bing who was also top 75 for a decade. Alonzo mourning four before he was a backup at the end of his career. George Gervin 3. Mullin 3 before he was a role player on the Pacers. Bob Mcadoo one before he came off the bench for the Lakers. Dame has won 4.
All of them top 75.
It isn’t actually that unusual for legends to win 3-4 if they never end up on a team that was gonna win with or without them.

This is a psychotic take. Kobe, Wade and CP3 were all better than him. Duncan, KG, Dwight, Dirk. Hell, nobody can convince me that he's a better player than Ginobili or Pierce.

It happens...Dave Bing only won 2 playoff series. Carmelo still has 3 gold medals and an NCAA championship.

I'm looking at his playoff resume and series and I dont think he was favored in any of his losses. Basically losing over and over to Kobe Lakers Duncan Spurs Boston Big 4 and Miami Big 3. Somebody has to lose. That being said he was a ball stopper on offense and relatively weak defender and passer. Scoring is the only elite part of his game but it came at the expense of ball movement and teamwork.

I put Joe Dumars over Dave Bing on top 75. Dumars was former NBA finals mvp
And he should have been ROY

He was certainly favored over the jazz and if donovon had the balls to bench starter only when the jazz continued to put him on an island they would have won

Here's the funny thing about it, Louie. When he teamed up with Lebron, he didn't even MAKE the playoffs.
