so CBP pulls up on this man, he supposedly speeds off and CBP pops his car as "self defense" because he "struck federal agents" yet NO AMBULANCES were called and no warrant issued. anyways, he's identified, located but ICE can't get a warrant to arrest him because the judge is calling bull$hit on the illegal stop and assault. this is trump's amerikkka. there isn't a judge in the country that would not issue a warrant if what they claimed happened, was actually true and not made up. 100 billion dollar budget but can't afford body cameras...yeah, we know that's on purpose. can't wait for a real president like Newsom or AOC :applause:

Soon after, according to the San Bernardino Police Department, a man — who has not been identified — contacted the dispatch center, saying that masked men had tried to pull him over, broke his car window and shot at him. He said he didn’t know who they were and asked for police assistance.

maybe trye acting like real law enforcement and wear insignias so people aren't wondering if you're legit or one of trump's proudboys trying to cause harm

cbp/ice claims a driver they stopped struck two of their officers with his car
>no abulance or medical care sought for officers
>no warrants, they know who the man is but he has not been arrested

gee, i wonder who's telling the truth and who's telling straight up lies :facepalm
