David Goggins is the greatest man in the world behind Jesus Christ.
There is not a better motivational speaker than David Goggins.
Do I agree with the way he trains? No.... his way of training is too excessive and does benefit the body in your old age... but he does for it for mental reasons.
Do I agree with his mental mindset? Yes.... the mental mindset is where it starts. It's not about the physical standard.... it's about the mental standard.
I kinda like Andrew Tate.... but disagree with his overall life philosophy.... Andrew Tate will never escape the Matrix.... David Goggins fully escaped the Matrix.
