Dude was really skinny when he came into the league. Similar to Giannis but Giannis’ body was able to handle the added weight much better.

He's no Dwight, who was 265 by 2006 and held it exceptionally well. Was able to get up to 280 lbs (2010-2012) while still jumping 40" and having mobility to play his game.

AD's got broad shoulders, but his muscles don't "pop." They look flat with no leanness or definition.

Yeah he got a good frame but his muscle density genetics or whatever you want to call it are just not there.

Crazy how many things need to go right to be truly elite athletically

Just what a permanently hurt guy with dodgy ankles needs, extra weight.

Waiting to see what he plays like but it doesn't look liike added muscle in those pictures. Sucks because if Irving has a strong comeback and Flagg can be a versatile defensive weapon with some scoring ability they could be a contender but not if their best player is out of shape.

The ol Lamar Odom, gain weight and play like a scrub in Dallas in hopes you can be traded back to LA.

Now that Luka is gone hes officially fattest guy on team. Luka spirit lives on in Dallas. :lol

I'm surprised Coop only weighs 205. He looks decently filled out and hes 6'9. He ain't built like chet or something.

Cooper's listing is inaccurate; he was listed as 225 by Duke on its website by the end of the season. This proved to be relatively accurate, as he weighed in at 221 at the 2025 NBA Draft Combine a few months later. He's most likely somewhere between 220-230 right now. The 205 number is from high school. I'm not sure why both Duke and Dallas used it.

That is pretty common, a guys high school weight gets picked up by other websites and it never gets updated.
