I don't know how many years he's facing but Diddy council is looking for time already served.

I say he gets 5yrs we with days served counting towards the sentence. Don't see the judge letting him walk with just time served.

edit... he's facing 20yrs max... judge allowing his kids to speak before sentencing.

Each charge carries a possible 10yr sentence. We both know that's not going to happen but I highly doubt he walks today. He's been in jail already for a year and think he's gonna be there longer
